Mark Williams, MS, LMHC, CAP
Outpatient Clinical Director
Mark Williams is currently the clinical director at The Treatment Center’s outpatient program. He joined The Treatment Center team four years ago where he began his tenure as a primary therapist for the residential program. He is a licensed mental health counselor, qualified supervisor, certified addictions professional and a level II trained EMDR therapist.
Mark has worked in the addictions and mental health field for approximately 18 years. Prior to joining The Treatment Center, he successfully held various leadership positions in the addiction treatment field. While working at CARP, Inc., he managed several outpatient programs as the program director and divisional director of outpatient services for Palm Beach County. He also served in other roles as the chairperson for the treatment committee team, executive committee, and as a member of various quality improvement teams. He was the director of continuum services at Hanley-Hazelden. He was also a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, senior management and process improvement team.
With almost two decades of experience, Mark believes in treating not just the disease of addiction, but the whole person. His compassion for helping patients achieve their goals and transform their lives keeps him motivated every day.
Mark has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida State University and a M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Georgia Southern University.
