Here we are approaching the end of February. I have always found this to be a rather undefined period of the year. The holidays are behind us and spring has not yet arrived. Regardless, each day there are goals to be met, tasks to be completed and significant things to be accomplished. It becomes apparent that self-motivated perseverance is an absolute necessity when faced with the demands of daily life.
Perseverance is a day-in, day-out decision not to give up – to continue to grow and improve no matter what is happening around us. It is possible to rely on external forces for motivation. In everyday life however, there are often times when there are no great emergencies or difficulties to be overcome. When those outside demands relax for a period of time, we are faced with a decision. Will we stop and rest or will we continue to walk forward with purpose, motivating ourselves from within?
At The Treatment Center, we are motivated to persevere by our desire to support our patients as they grow and succeed. Although we have accomplished much in recent years, we will not rest in our quest to add value. Our patients work very hard to improve their lives. We also will stay the course. We are committed to continuing to build and improve on what we have accomplished. We look forward to a future of growing together.
Best Wishes,
Bill Russell, CEO
