Bill Russell
Bill Russell is responsible for all day-to-day operations of The Treatment Center. During a 20-year career, he has excelled in his leadership roles for numerous healthcare organizations, including hospitals, treatment centers and an extended-care treatment facility, which he also co-founded.
Other career highlights and qualifications include:
- In 2005 opened Bill Russell Associates to provide health care consulting services to non-profit and for-profit facilities.
- Developed and operated a new program for the treatment of adolescents suffering from dual-diagnosis conditions. (Grant Center Hospital, Miami)
- Co-founded an extended care chemical dependency treatment center for adults.
- Served as Chief Operating Officer for a Florida-based treatment center and was instrumental in expanding its operations, maintaining license and accreditation, managed care contracting, building new facilities, and designing an outstanding medical staff program.
- Graduate of Antioch University, receiving his Bachelors in Mental Health Administration in 1976, and his Masters in Human Services Administration in 1979.
